Returns & Refund Policy
However, we are happy to make a full refund to you if for the unlikely reason your skincare is proven to be faulty on arrival. To make a return and claim a refund, please contact us at hello@thesageapothecary.com as soon as you notice the fault. Please include information about the fault and your contact details in the email. We will then respond as soon as possible to remedy the situation. Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
