UK Orders

Free shipping is available on all orders over £50 within the UK. All orders (with the exception of custom orders) are dispatched Tuesday to Saturday within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders won’t be dispatched on Public Holidays, because let’s face it we all need our beauty sleep. But don’t worry, orders placed on these days will be on their way within the next two business days.

Address Undeliverable?

If a parcel is returned to The Sage Apothecary due to the address being undeliverable, you’ll need to contact us to have it redelivered. As we run a tight ship (so we can offer you the best prices) a redelivery fee will apply if the address details provided are incorrect. Of course, should we have your details we will contact you as soon as we receive the item back.
