Tamina utilises her expertise in Chinese Medicine to develop a personalised treatment plan, starting with a health assessment and tongue and pulse inspection. The treatment typically begins with acupuncture, where she selects the optimal points for needle insertion. Depending on the condition, she incorporates Tui Na Massage, which combines acupressure and stretching. Commonly treated conditions include chronic and acute pain, digestive disorders, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, menstrual issues, musculoskeletal problems, fertility, and menopause symptoms
Cancellation Policy
A word to the wise: To get the most out of your appointment we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time for in person appointments. This means you can MAX out on your treatment time rather than admin and formalities. Plus, who likes to rush anyway? Need to change your appointment? No problem! We understand that you may need to cancel or move your appointment from time to time, and that’s all good by us as we know hiccups occur and life can get in the way of the best laid plans. But we do kindly ask that you give use 48 hours notice so we’re not left twiddling our opposable thumbs, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Just follow the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation email.
