The first consultation is an in-depth exploration into your current healthcare concerns and can take up to an hour and a half to complete. At The Sage Apothecary, we recognise that no two patients are cut from the same cloth – everyone is unique – so we take a deep dive into your medical history, lifestyle and diet alongside tongue diagnosis, blood pressure readings, and if required, clinical examinations. During this time we run through each of your body systems and this complete medical history allows us to gain a holistic picture of not only your current state of health, but also if any patterns exist across your own personal timeline. From this exploration we’ll formulate a bespoke herbal strategy and treatment plan – that is totally and uniquely you – and will ultimately help bring your health back into balance.
Cancellation Policy
A word to the wise: To get the most out of your appointment we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time for in person appointments. This means you can MAX out on your treatment time rather than admin and formalities. Plus, who likes to rush anyway? Need to change your appointment? No problem! We understand that you may need to cancel or move your appointment from time to time, and that’s all good by us as we know hiccups occur and life can get in the way of the best laid plans. But we do kindly ask that you give use 48 hours notice so we’re not left twiddling our opposable thumbs, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Please email hello@thesageapothecary.com to do so
