Service Description
These online follow-up consultations are shorter and can last up to 45 minutes. They allow us to assess your progress, are an opportunity for you to give feedback and as result, make any tweaks to your herbal strategy, treatment plan and medicine - all from the comfort of your own home.
Cancellation Policy
A word to the wise: To get the most out of your appointment we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time for in person appointments. This means you can MAX out on your treatment time rather than admin and formalities. Plus, who likes to rush anyway? Need to change your appointment? No problem! We understand that you may need to cancel or move your appointment from time to time, and that’s all good by us as we know hiccups occur and life can get in the way of the best laid plans. But we do kindly ask that you give use 48 hours notice so we’re not left twiddling our opposable thumbs, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Please email hello@thesageapothecary.com to do so
