Service Description
Our therapeutic massage is a deeply restorative treatment designed to address pain, tension, and stress throughout the body. Using natural, organic massage waxes, each session is tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll discuss where you’re holding discomfort — whether that’s muscle soreness, stiffness, or emotional tension — and create a session that is completely unique to you. Therapeutic massage aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.It incorporates Swedish Body massage, some deep tissue, where required , and also blends in some Myofascial release and rebounding. It works from the top of your head to the tip of your toes!
Cancellation Policy
A word to the wise: To get the most out of your appointment we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time for in person appointments. This means you can MAX out on your treatment time rather than admin and formalities. Plus, who likes to rush anyway? Need to change your appointment? No problem! We understand that you may need to cancel or move your appointment from time to time, and that’s all good by us as we know hiccups occur and life can get in the way of the best laid plans. But we do kindly ask that you give use 48 hours notice so we’re not left twiddling our opposable thumbs, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Please email hello@thesageapothecary.com to do so
